Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and purchasing from HOBBYSKIPPER. The following are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping policy.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receiving your order and payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order is processed and another once it has shipped. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery & Processing Update
Normally, we strive to dispatch all of our model kits within 1 to 3 business days.
However, due to the ongoing Russian aggression, we currently require a bit more time to prepare and fulfill your orders—usually between 7 to 10 days. To ensure the absolute safety and preservation of our premium components, we store our inventory across several different secure locations. As a result, it takes us extra time to safely transport, assemble, and quality-control each individual kit before it is shipped out to you.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, as they depend on the parcel's weight and the shipping destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs duties, fees, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. HOBBYSKIPPER is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These fees are your responsibility as the buyer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on various factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, carriers, remoteness of some territories, and customs services. Based on our experience, parcels typically arrive in many countries within 2 weeks to 45 days.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact us at shophobbyskipper@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Damages
HOBBYSKIPPER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We also kindly ask that you inform us of such a case.
